Functional Spec

• Right clicking land > About Land will select the parcel and open a window showing information about the parcel
• Right clicking land > Edit Terrain will select the parcel and open the Edit Land tool.
• The land owners color overlay should appear when you enter Edit Land mode.
• Double clicking a parcel while you're in Edit Land mode will select the entire parcel.
• The land owners color overlay should disappear when you exit Edit Land mode.
• The yellow selection fence should disappear when you exit Edit Land mode.
